Yacht House was created from a simple belief

Yacht ownership should feel effortless, reliable and enjoyable.

Behind Yacht House stands a team with more than 20 years of experience in the yacht industry. Our background includes marina operations, winter storage, refit projects, yacht sales, charter support and long-term yacht management. This practical experience gives us a clear understanding of what owners need, what buyers expect and what a yacht requires to remain in excellent condition.

We are not just brokers. We are ownership partners.

From the first orientation to purchase, refit, service, management and future resale, Yacht House offers a complete and personal approach. We look beyond the transaction and focus on the long-term experience of the owner. Every yacht is assessed with care, every project is managed with precision and every client is guided with honesty and discretion.

Our network extends across the Netherlands, Ibiza and the South of France, allowing us to support owners in some of Europe’s most desirable yachting destinations. Through trusted partners and years of hands-on experience, we deliver a level of service that is practical, transparent and refined.

A note from the founders

“Water has always been part of who we are”

Hans grew up in and around his harbours, where boats shaped everyday life from an early age. Maintaining them, improving them, and making sure everything was always ready to go came naturally. Peter, founder of Hendricks Yachting, built his experience through his yacht charter company, where he learned what people truly expect from a yacht. Not only that it performs as it should, but that the entire experience feels effortless, refined, and ready to enjoy.

Over the years, we kept seeing the same thing. Yachts with real potential, yet never quite at the standard they should have been. Sometimes technically not where they needed to be, sometimes lacking the finish and refinement that make all the difference. And too often, owners were spending more time managing problems than actually enjoying their time on the water. That never felt right to us. Because owning a yacht should feel easy. It should be about comfort, freedom, and enjoying every moment on board.

That is why we started Yacht House. We wanted to build something that goes beyond buying and selling. A place where the full process is taken care of. From selecting the right pre-owned yacht, to refining it through refit, to keeping it at that level with the right service over time. We approach every yacht the way we always have. With attention to detail, technical understanding, and a clear goal to make it better than it was before.

Today, we work with owners who value quality, clarity, and proper service. People who appreciate when things are well organised, professionally handled, and simply done right. We are not trying to do the most. We just want to do it right. So that when you step on board, everything feels exactly as it should. And you can simply enjoy being on the water.
